Service

Anping County Industrial Wire Mesh Factory provides reliable goods and services to worldwide customers. We treat every container as a repeat-business audition: correct specification, honest packing, on-time loading. Details of our main business scope and working process follow.

Main Business Scope

OEM and Custom Fabrication

Roughly half of our output is produced to customer drawings rather than stock specifications. We cut woven cloth into discs, rectangles and shaped pieces; form welded mesh into baskets, trays and guards; and supply edged or framed screens ready for installation. Special alloys, non-standard mesh counts, particular selvage treatments and private-label packing are all routine requests. Send a drawing or even a sample, and we will confirm feasibility, tooling needs and a unit price before you commit.

Specification and Sampling

Every quotation restates the full technical specification — material grade, mesh count, wire diameter, opening, weave type, roll width and length, surface treatment and packing — so there is no ambiguity about what will be produced. For woven cloth and welded mesh we can usually send A4-size cut samples for approval before bulk production. Where buyers specify recognized test methods, we manufacture and inspect against international standards for industrial woven wire cloth and metallic-coated wire published by ASTM International, including mesh-count verification and wire-diameter measurement at the loom.

Inspection, Packing and Shipping

Finished rolls are inspected for mesh count accuracy, wire diameter, opening uniformity, weaving defects and selvage condition before packing. Standard export packing is moisture-proof paper with an outer wrap (woven cloth), or paper/PVC film with pallet or nude packing for fencing rolls, adjusted to the buyer's market. We load and document containers for FOB or CIF terms from northern Chinese ports, provide full packing lists and photos at loading, and track lead times that typically run two to four weeks from deposit for standard specifications.

After-Sales Support

If any roll arrives short, damaged or out of specification, we ask for photos and measurements and settle the claim on the next order or by replacement — long-term buyers are the basis of this factory's business. For new projects, our staff will suggest the most economical specification that still meets the duty, rather than the most expensive one.
