Anping County Industrial Wire Mesh Factory is engaged in producing a wide range of wire mesh for various industrial applications. Founded in 1992, the factory has grown alongside Anping County's wire mesh industry, and its products are now exported to the USA, Japan and other countries of the world. We are an affiliate of Hebei Shuangan Wire Mesh Co., Ltd., one of the leading manufacturers and exporters serving the U.S.A. market and other parts of the world.
What We Produce
The factory mainly produces Stainless Steel Wire Mesh (plain, twill and Dutch weave), Stainless Steel Wire Netting, Stainless Steel Wire, Brass Wire Mesh, Iron Wire Mesh, Welded Wire Mesh, Galvanized Wire Mesh, Wire Mesh Fencing, Crimped Wire Mesh, Razor and Barbed Wire, PVC Coated Wire and Galvanized Iron Wire.
Stainless steel wire mesh, as one of the most important products of this factory, can be further divided into Plain Weave, Twill Weave, Dutch Plain and Dutch Twill Weave according to the difference of weaving types. Stainless steel square woven wire mesh is made by either plain weave or twill weave: woven wire mesh with equal mesh count horizontally and vertically has a square opening, hence it is also called square opening wire mesh, or single-layer wire mesh. Dutch plain woven wire cloth makes an ideal filter cloth with a very compact, firm mesh and great strength, while Dutch twill woven wire cloth offers higher strength still — it packs even more wires into a given area than Dutch plain weave.
Three Decades in Anping County
The factory was established in 1992 with a small bank of shuttle looms weaving galvanized square mesh for local construction trades. Through the 1990s we added stainless steel weaving capacity and wire-drawing lines; by the early 2000s the factory was shipping full containers of woven cloth, welded mesh and fencing to importers in North America and Japan. Today the workshop covers weaving, welding, crimping, galvanizing coordination and finishing under one management team, with experienced weavers who have spent their careers in the trade. Anping County itself is China's historic wire mesh hub — a cluster of raw material suppliers, machine shops and finishing plants that lets us source and produce quickly at consistent quality.
Production Capabilities
- Weaving — plain, twill and Dutch weave looms for stainless steel, brass and mild steel wire cloth from 1 mesh to 2800 mesh equivalents
- Welding — automatic welded mesh lines for galvanized and stainless panels and rolls
- Crimping — pre-crimped screens for mining and aggregate service
- Wire drawing — stainless steel wire from 5 mm to 0.025 mm
- Further processing — perforated metal, cutting mesh into pieces, discs and custom fabricated designs
Quality Commitment
Every order is produced against the buyer's written specification: alloy grade, mesh count, wire diameter, opening, roll dimensions and packing are confirmed before weaving begins and inspected before loading. Our quality procedures follow the management principles set out in the ISO 9001 quality management standard: documented process control, traceable raw materials and corrective action on any nonconforming roll. Wire rod and stainless wire are bought with mill certificates, and mesh counts are verified with counting glasses and micrometers at the loom and again at final inspection.
