Electro vs Hot-Dipped Galvanizing
Electro-galvanized (cold galvanized) wire carries a thin, smooth, bright zinc layer — ideal for indoor binding, weaving and products that will be coated again. Hot-dipped wire is drawn through molten zinc and carries a far heavier coating that survives years of weather; choose it for permanent outdoor fencing, vineyard and orchard wire.
