We offer first-class stainless steel wire netting against mosquitoes and other insects, woven in stainless steel 304, 316 or 316L at the customer's option. Stainless insect screen is the premium tier of window screening: it cannot rot or sag like fiber screens, shrugs off pets and impacts that tear softer materials, and in 316 grade it withstands coastal salt air that corrodes ordinary screening within a few seasons.
Standard Mesh Counts
Standard mesh counts per inch of stainless steel insect screen are 14x14, 16x16, 18x18, 18x14, 16x14 and 20x20, with wire diameters from 0.12 mm to 0.30 mm. The 18x14 rectangular count is the classic window-screen weave; 18x18 and 20x20 exclude smaller insects while preserving airflow and visibility.

Why Screen Quality Matters

A stainless screen keeps that barrier intact for decades — there is no UV degradation, no brittleness in cold weather, and damaged panels are rare even in commercial doorways and livestock buildings.
Choosing a Grade
- 304 — standard choice for inland residential and commercial screening
- 316 — marine-grade; coastal buildings, swimming pool enclosures, chemical plants
- 316L — as 316, preferred when frames will be welded
