PVC coated iron wire is galvanized or black iron wire jacketed in a smooth, flexible layer of PVC. The polymer coat seals the steel core away from moisture and chemicals entirely, adds a comfortable grip, and colors the wire — dark green and black as standard, with other colors coated according to customers' special requirements. We produce and export it alongside our galvanized iron wire, black iron wire and stainless steel wire for weaving and binding uses.

Why Coat Wire in PVC
A galvanized core already resists rust; the PVC jacket multiplies that service life by isolating the zinc from salt spray, fertilizer chemicals and acid rain. The coating also protects whatever the wire touches — tree bark, painted railings, greenhouse film — from abrasion, which is why PVC wire dominates horticultural tying. In fencing, PVC coated tie wire matches the color and lifespan of PVC coated fence mesh, so the ties never become the first rust points on a green fence line.

Quality Notes
Good PVC wire is judged at the coating: it should be even in thickness, strongly adhered with no bare spots at cut ends' approach, and remain flexible without cracking in cold weather. We extrude the jacket over a cleaned core and check adhesion by mandrel-bend sampling on every batch. Coating colors are UV-stabilized for outdoor service.
